These workspaces offer a suite of office-like amenities such as:

Mail, and package handling;
Front desk reception;
Availability of conference and training rooms;
High-speed internet access;
A/V equipment and technical support;
Monthly networking events and mixers;
Access to an online member directory and discussion board;
Informational help desk, and
Access to kitchen that is complete with complimentary coffee, tea, and water.
The Oasis at Miami Gardens offers virtual business offices. A virtual business office allows your small business to save on overhead costs, maintain professionalism and gives you the space needed to focus on profit increase and expanding the reach of your business. You are able to conduct business anywhere while being provided with the many amenities that your business needs to thrive. It can be used for accepting and forwarding mail without the connotations of a PO box. (a key requirement to complete your Google My Business listing). Upon the acceptance of the terms provided in the Virtual License Office Agreement Contract, access is granted for the use of the business center solely for commercial business purposes as follows:
Use of “640 NW 183rd Suite, Miami Gardens, FL 33169” as the professional business address for business services;
Concierge services during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, excluding holidays);
Secure mail and package receipts with electronic notification;
Mail forwarding;
4 hours of conference and/or meeting room use per month (subject to availability);
Complimentary access to Business Development Workshops and Networking Events;
Access to monthly networking mixers;*
Access to printing and notary services;* and
Use of parking spaces in the rear gated parking lot.

Yes, absolutely! With a virtual office address, you can use it for registering your business,
getting a driver’s license, or even obtaining insurance. This address offers a professional image for your business, while also providing you with a convenient location to receive official mail and packages. You can also get some official documents like proof of address and lease agreements.
With our virtual office packages, you’ll have a prestigious business address at a prime location. Additionally, if you need a physical space to work, you can upgrade your virtual office package to access our business lounges or even a private office or coworking desk for more flexibility.
The Oasis at Miami Gardens offers private office suites that are available for a 12-month lease. There are seven available office suites that range from 54 square feet to 77 square feet. Upon the successful completion of our Office Suite Contract and approval, you will be given access to the following amenities:

The Oasis Business Incubator at Miami Gardens nurtures budding community entrepreneurs from the beginning of business ideas until they can become financially viable, fully operational, and a creator of new jobs in the community. In a sense, we serve as an economic development agency for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Our “One Stop Shop” Model provides nearly every service from start to finish for developing businesses so that they can succeed on their own. The services include low-cost office rentals, technical assistance, shared office support services, professional consultations, entrepreneurial training workshops, computer skills training, bookkeeping services and materials specifically designed to meet the needs of business owners.
